j999 Terms and Conditions – Rules & Platform Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and j999 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all use of the j999 website, mobile interface, betting services, gaming products, promotions and any related features accessible through your j999 account.

When you register on j999, you are asked to confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. That confirmation is your binding agreement. It's not just a checkbox – it means these rules apply to everything you do on the platform. Registering on j999 while under the age of 18 is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

3 Account Registration & Security

One Account Per Player

j999 operates a strict one-account policy. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account. If j999 discovers that a player has registered multiple accounts – whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers or different payment methods – all associated accounts will be suspended, all balances will be frozen pending investigation, and any bonuses obtained across those accounts will be cancelled.

If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact j999 support immediately to have it closed. Proactively disclosing this situation is treated far more favourably than j999 discovering it independently.

Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be true, accurate and current. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number and payment details. j999 relies on this information for identity verification, bonus eligibility and withdrawal processing. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your j999 login credentials – your username and password – confidential. j999 will never ask for your password via email, SMS or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact j999 support immediately and change your password. j999 is not liable for losses resulting from a player sharing or inadequately protecting their account credentials.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Accepted Payment Methods

j999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods:

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions.
• All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• j999 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are your responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your j999 balance within seconds for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within minutes for bank transfers.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to deposit, where technically possible.
• j999 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals and 1–3 hours for bank transfers during standard banking hours.
• j999 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security measure and not an indication of any wrongdoing.
• Any bonus-related wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal request will be processed. The applicable requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.

Currency

All j999 account balances, bets, wins and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency conversions at any point in the j999 payment process. The amounts you see on screen are in PKR and that is exactly what gets credited to your wallet or bank account.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Rules

j999 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and cashback offers. These promotions are designed to add genuine value to your j999 experience, but they come with conditions that you must meet before the bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.

• Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per player. Multiple account holders attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all associated accounts suspended.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Only the resulting real-money balance is withdrawable after wagering.
• j999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after you have already started meeting wagering requirements, j999 will make a fair determination regarding any partially completed wagering on a case-by-case basis.

Bonus Abuse

j999 has systems in place to detect bonus abuse, which includes – but is not limited to – creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk or contradictory bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine engagement, or exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and bonus funds forfeited.

6 Betting Rules & Settlements

Placing Bets

All bets on j999 are final once confirmed by the system. You will receive a bet confirmation message immediately after placing. If you do not receive a confirmation, the bet may not have been registered – check your bet history before assuming it went through. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where the j999 cash-out feature is available for that specific market.

Bet Settlement

j999 settles bets based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority or game provider. In cricket, this means the result declared by the ICC or the relevant board. In football, the result at the end of 90 minutes plus referee-indicated stoppage time (not including extra time, unless the market specifically states it). In tennis, the official match result including any retirements.

If a match is abandoned or postponed, j999's default policy is to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account, unless j999's specific sport betting rules state otherwise for that event type. Specific market rules for unusual scenarios are published in the j999 help section.

Errors & Obvious Mistakes

If j999 publishes clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error or data feed fault – for example, heavily mispriced markets that differ dramatically from the true market – j999 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. j999 will not honour bets placed on odds that were obviously wrong, regardless of whether the bet has already been confirmed. This is a standard industry practice to protect the integrity of the platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on j999 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Match Fixing & Corruption: Placing bets on events that you have any knowledge of, or involvement in, fixing or manipulating. j999 cooperates with sporting integrity bodies and law enforcement agencies in any investigation related to match fixing.
• Money Laundering: Using j999 to deposit, layer or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. j999 complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and reports suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one j999 account.
• Fraudulent Payments: Using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to make deposits on j999.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software or any mechanical means to place bets or interact with j999.
• System Exploitation: Intentionally exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing glitches for financial gain.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback through your bank or payment provider after using deposited funds on j999. This is considered fraudulent and will result in permanent account closure and possible legal action.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by j999

j999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions in any respect.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, match fixing or any other illegal activity.
• A player's own responsible gaming request (self-exclusion or cooling-off period).
• Discovery that a player is under 18 years of age.
• Technical or security concerns requiring account review.

During a suspension, the account balance is frozen. Following investigation, j999 will either reinstate the account with the balance intact or, in cases of confirmed Terms violations, close the account with forfeiture of bonuses. Real-money deposits that were not obtained through fraudulent means will generally be returned even in cases of account closure for Terms violations, subject to case-specific review.

Closure by the Player

You can request account closure at any time by contacting j999 support. Before closing your account, any pending bets will be settled normally and any remaining balance will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

11 Limitation of Liability

j999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is live and functional at all times, j999 cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times. Technical issues, maintenance periods, internet connectivity problems or third-party service disruptions may occasionally affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j999 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors or bet settlement delays caused by third-party data feeds.
• Losses resulting from a player sharing or failing to secure their account credentials.
• Indirect, consequential or financial losses beyond the actual amount staked on a specific bet.

Nothing in these Terms limits j999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

The date shown at the top of this page reflects the date of the last update. It is your responsibility as a j999 player to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
